Object ("we") operates the Caffeinate app and the caffeinate.app website (the "Service") and handles personal information as follows.
1. Information and purposes

Paddle, our merchant of record, handles payment card details. We do not receive or store them.
2. Information processed in the app
Names of apps preventing sleep, usage history, and power settings are processed only on your Mac and are not sent to our servers. You can delete usage history with Clear History in the app.
3. Retention
- License and purchase records: 5 years from purchase, or longer if the law requires
- Support records: 3 years after resolution
- Server access logs: not kept separately
When the period ends, we delete the information without delay, using methods that prevent recovery of electronic files.

Transfers occur over the network when you use the Service. Information is kept until the processing contract ends or the period in section 3 ends. If you refuse the transfer, you cannot use the related service, such as purchasing.
5. Cookies
Our website does not use its own cookies or analytics tools. On the home page with the buy button, Paddle may use cookies for checkout.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Deletion may be limited where the law requires retention. Send requests to the contact below.
7. Security
We store secret keys separately, restrict access, and encrypt data in transit.
